Privacy and Cookie Policy
Most privacy notices are long because the site behind them collects a lot. This one is shorter, because Jetononlinecasino.com collects very little. It applies to every country edition of the site and explains what does get processed, why, and what you can do about it.
What We Collect
You can read every page without creating an account or telling us who you are. Personal data reaches us in two situations only.
The first is when you write to us. If you send a message through the contact form or by email, we receive your name or the name you choose, your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply, and to keep a record if the message reports a problem with a listed casino.
The second is technical. Like any website, ours runs on servers and a content delivery network that log basic request data: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs keep the site secure, help block abusive traffic and let us fix errors. We don't use them to build profiles, and we don't combine them with anything else.
We don't ask for payment details, identity documents or gambling history, and we never see what you do on a casino's website after you follow a link.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The site sets no cookies of its own. There's no analytics script, no advertising tag, no social media pixel and no consent banner, because there's nothing to consent to. We also don't store anything in your browser's local storage.
The picture changes when you click an affiliate link. The casino, or the tracking service it uses, may place cookies on your device once you land on its site, so it can record that you arrived from us. Those cookies are governed by the casino's own privacy and cookie policy, not by this one. You can review or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings: in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari the option sits under privacy or site data, and most browsers can block third-party cookies entirely.
Legal Bases and Sharing
For visitors in Canada, we handle personal information in line with PIPEDA, and questions we can't resolve can go to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; residents of Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia also have their provincial privacy regulators. For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR apply: we answer messages on the basis of legitimate interest, and server logs are kept for the legitimate interest of running a secure site.
We don't sell or rent personal data. It's shared only with the hosting, content delivery and email providers that run the site for us, under contracts that limit their use of it, or with authorities when the law requires. Some of these providers may process data outside your country; where that happens, they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How Long We Keep Data
Messages are kept only while we need them to answer you or to follow up a reported problem, and are then deleted. Server logs are kept only as long as security and troubleshooting require and are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Your Rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how it's used, or request a copy. Write to ethan@jetononlinecasino.com and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're unhappy with the reply, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy when the site changes; the version on this page is the current one.
